Our three-hour Gin Making experience is an exciting journey into how to make your own gin.
Learn how to make your own artisanal gin from scratch on a mini-copper still guided by our gin makers. Play with flavour combinations and leave with your own unique, self-labelled, 500ml bottle of gin.
A co-operative offering gin making and tasting courses, situated next to The Biscuit Mill, in the Woodstock Distillery. Open from Thursday to Sunday. Gin courses and tastings need to be booked 24 hrs prior to the course. Visitors can enjoy a unique gin tasting and gin making experience.
